Flower Muse provides a 30-day window for initiating a return, commencing from the date of receipt of your merchandise.

1.1 Accepted Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging materials intact.

Products exhibiting signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted for return.

Our personnel will furnish you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and comprehensive instructions for the secure shipment of the item back to our facility.

Please be advised that merchandise returned without a pre-approved RMA will be refused.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

The party responsible for return shipping costs is determined by the nature of the return.

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

Flower Muse will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Customer Remorse (Non-Defective Returns)

The customer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs.

4. Inspection and Resolution for Damaged or Inaccurate Shipments

6. Fees and Charges

Flower Muse maintains a policy of transparency regarding return-related charges:

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be applied to any eligible return.

  • Restoration Fee: No restoration fee will be applied to your return.

7. Refund Processing

Upon the successful receipt and meticulous inspection of the returned merchandise, we will issue a formal notification regarding the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please allow 7 business days for the credit to be reflected in your account.

The final timeline for posting of the refund is subject to the policies of your respective bank or credit card issuer.
